岗位职责:
Work closely with the regional sales teams to follow-up leads generated by educational agents and throughdirect activities at exhibitions and eventsceg;
Management of desk-based conversion activity for all prospective CATS students applying via direct and agentsales channels;
In co-ordination with the regional sales team, intensive sales activity by attendance at exhibitions and events,telephone and via e-media to meet student recruitment targets;
Ensure that direct sales enquiries, direct applications are converted via focused follow-up activity;
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure fast, efficient and effective follow-up of student leads andapplications to improve conversion rates, attain sales outcomes and provide high standards of customer service;
Record the details of all sales activity after each call in the Cambridge Education Group CRM system, ensuring ahigh degree of accuracy and giving clear visibility of results and the current sales pipeline;
Liaise with the Digital Campaign Manager to optimise the generation of high quality sales leads.
Essential :
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills;
Fluency in English;
Persuasive relationship builder;

Attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity;

Extensive work experience is not essential;
Willingness to travel on request.
Desirable:
Experience of working in a sales team or sales-focused customer service
environment;
A track record in international student recruitment;
Overseas study experience.
